Return Policy

We value your business and we always try to provide you with the best service available. Should you require to return product(s), please include the following information and we will be able to issue you a RMA number. This Return Merchandise Procedure applies to all product returns, whether covered by the Thirty 30-Day Return Policy identified above, or by the SpecTuning warranty statement of the product you purchased. Before any item is to be returned, you require a valid RMA Number. A 25% restocking fee will be applied on the purchasing price and shipping fee is non-refundable. Items must be in re-saleable condition and never been used.

If your product is defective upon arrival and within 30 days of purcahse, you can file for a replacement or refund.

If it has been 30 days since your purchase, you cannot file for a replacement or refund. However, we will be glad to help you to resolve problems.

The reason for the return
The SpecTuning order number
Specify whether you want a replacement or a refund
Your email address and telephone number

The RMA number is only valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
